This is the A Noiva or The Bride. It is a five-meter high (16.5 feet, in English) chandelier by a Portuguese artist Joana Vasconcelos.  It is made up of thousands of illuminated tampons, and was displayed at the at Belem Cultural Center in Lisbon as part of the artist’s “Netless” exhibition.  [telegraph.]

I personally hate chandeliers, for me it is so much old especially if it was made in glass or diamonds or any other shiny materials but this one is just great.
