This is a Metric Tape. The one tool every architect should have. Whether your work is on design or about construction it does not matter, an architect should really have one. If my memory serves right, this metric tape was given to me by Han last which she got last December.  If I am not mistaken it was given to them by one of their supplier in their line of business.  Currently, this is the one I kept in the house for personal use. I have also one in the office which I use for office use.  If you are an architect and you still do not have one,  go to your nearest hardware and buy one.
